About us

We are 7 students following European Studies at NHL Stenden in Leeuwarden. For our course Media Communication, we got the chance to create our own media outlet. As a group, we decided to create a blog which publishes different kinds of articles focusing on the future of the European Union, together with an Instagram account. We chose the future of the EU, as we are all passionate about how Europe will develop, taking current challenges in account. This project has given us the opportunity to take on a role, which consisted of editor-in-chief, editor, all round journalist, social media manager and layout manager. By taking up our roles and brainstorming together, we were able to successfully write and create for the website. 

The website features numerous background and opinion articles, columns and an interview. We put the spotlight on challenges and shifts that will shape Europe in the near future, always trying to consider the negative and positive aspects. During the project, we have learned to collaborate as a working team, which has been a valuable addition to our academic journeys. We hope you enjoy our work as much as we did while creating it.
